Corporate treasury
See how an organization would manage bills
Treasury teams care about who can act, who must approve and what record is left behind. GetTbill’s corporate demo account models those controls so a team can evaluate the workflow. Nothing in it reaches a bank or market.
What a treasury team can evaluate
Account roles
Each person on a corporate account has a role that limits what they can do.
Approval workflow
Orders at or above an account’s approval threshold wait for an approver, and the decision is recorded.
Liquidity planning
Use ladders to line up simulated maturities with planned cash needs.
Double-entry records
Every simulated movement posts to a balanced journal, and corrections are made by reversal, not by editing.
Reconciliation
Independent records are compared and differences are reported as exceptions. The check never adjusts a balance itself.
Statements
Period statements and exports for review, generated from posted records.
Roles on a corporate account
An order at or above the account’s approval threshold waits for an approver before it can proceed.
| Role | What it can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Manages the account and its members. |
| Approver | Approves or rejects requests made by someone else. |
| Trader | Requests quotes and submits simulated orders. |
| Viewer | Reads positions and records without acting. |
Whose obligation is it?
A Treasury bill is an obligation of the government that issued it. A claim on a company that holds bills is an obligation of that company, and it carries that company’s credit and operational risk. GetTbill records these separately in its ledger and never shows a contractual claim as ownership of a bill.
Limits of the demo
- Corporate onboarding and business verification are simulated. An approval is not a verification of any real company.
- No bank, broker or custodian is connected. No treasury policy, accounting treatment or tax position is being recommended.
- The platform has not been reviewed for any regulated use.
